Legal basis for the treatment
The CONTROLLER will process the user's personal data based on the express consent that the user grants once the Privacy Policy has been read, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) EU Regulation 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Sending and recording personal dataThe submission of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by the Data Controller. The Data Controller will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, if they were transferred to a third party, prior information would be produced requesting the express consent of the affected party pursuant to Article 4.11 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.

The User who sends the information to the Responsible Party is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, and the Responsible Party is exonerated from any responsibility for this matter.
Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The User agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.
The Responsible Party is not responsible for the veracity of information that is not self-prepared and for which another source is indicated, and therefore does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of this information. The Responsible Party is exempt from liability for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided by the Responsible Party, provided that it comes from sources other than the Responsible.
Data Retention
In any case, the conservation time will be essential, and must be kept at a minimum:
• 4 years: Law on Infractions and Sanctions in the Social Order (obligations regarding membership, registrations, cancellations, contributions, payment of salaries...); Articles 66 et seq. of the General Tax Law (accounting books...)
• 5 years: Art. 1964 Civil Code (personal actions without special term)
• 6 years: Art. 30 Commercial Code (accounting books, invoices...)
• 10 years: Art. 25 Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism.
Exercise of rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition
